recently had to go to the doctor for some testing to see if I had an ulcer. lots of gross scary tests, the worst of which was an endoscopy. if you don't know what that is, ask your mommy. at any rate, I was having a ton of panic attacks and very unhappy. but thankfully they sedated me so it was okay. 

in the end, I don't have an ulcer. but I do have some bad acid reflux disease, and a stomach hernia :/ 

so no more drinking, smoking, or eating pizza for me.
